Kids Furniture Farm is committed to shipping your new kids furniture and children’s items in a timely and safe manner. As a service to our customers, Kids Furniture Farm offers FREE shipping to items shipped to the continental United States.
Most orders placed will receive shipment tracking information through email in order to provide you with an estimated ship date. Please be advised, some orders require the customer to be present upon shipment and therefore you should provide an accurate phone number when ordering your kids furniture.
Returns:
If you need to return an item Kids Furniture Farm we will refund you the purchase price of the order less the shipping costs incurred by Kids Furniture Farm. Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt of merchandise and are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee. All merchandise must be returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals. Orders cancelled after packages have been sent will be subject to round trip shipping and handling charges incurred by Kids Furniture Farm.
Shipping Damage: (please read carefully)
Upon delivery be sure to open the box and inspect the merchandise before accepting and signing for delivery. If you discover upon inspection that the merchandise is damaged you should refuse delivery or notate damage on the freight bill. If you have received a damaged item please contact Kids Furniture Farm by email of specific damage within three days. Kids Furniture Farm will handle all correspondence with the shipping companies to arrange for a replacement product and return shipping through UPS or Yellow Shipping. If packages are received without recording damage on the freight waybill, or damaged items are shipped back without prior notification the contract that Kids Furniture Farm made with the manufacturer and shipping companies on behalf of the customer will be null and void. This will result in a denied damage claim with shipping companies and replacement or refund will not be issued.
